Visited For Arthritis Management
Happy with: Doctor friendliness
I had a bitter experience with the receptionist on 20.7.2024 evening. As it was an emergency, the visiting doctor from Jain hospital Bangalore asked us to show a test x ray at optima at 5 pm. We came & requested the receptionist to pass on the x- ray film to the visiting doctor.

*** ******* ***** ** ****** **** ******* I liked his professionalism. I have been visiting the Optima Clinic since may 2017 for treatment of my Rheumatoid Arthritis. My treatment was going well. However the pain point is his rude staffs. I have had multiple unpleasant experience with them since i started visiting him. Today was heights! I had an appointment with doctor at 9:30 am. Unfortunately stuck in unusual traffic jam and was late by 30 mins. Reached there by 10 am. Was made to wait til 11 am. This was fine with me as it was expected. At 11 I was told to wait near the doctor's room. I was about to go inside and waiting for the patient inside to come out. Now another lady comes and tell me to wait outside and it will take time for my visit. Now the lady in the reception asks me to write down my name in the Walkin patients lists. By now some conversations happens between 3 ladies and now the plan is to send me only after all the walk in patients visit. I didnt know some unfortunate events leading to 30 mins late can cost me so dearly!. Repeated request to consider my 9:30 appointment yielded no result. I had to go to office after vising the doctor, not in a condition to take off off the day. But they had decided they will not allow me to visit the doctor for the crime i have committed by reaching 30 mins late. I did not have other option but to come back without visiting the doctor. I had all the blood tests done and had reports to show to doctor. Not really sure when and how to visit this doctor. Whom should I show my reports to?! Dont know..I have had enough of rude behavior of these ladies. Just wish Doctor take some nice and pleasant people like him onboarded.

Dear Dr. Sharath, This is Mr Ranjan visited your Optima Clinic in Mahalakshmi Layout on 24th March. Wanted to share my experience here. As I had gone as a walkin patient and reached at 1Pm. I knew I have to wait but I have been told within 1 hour my turn will come but finally I was able to consult around 4:30 PM and then as per your advice I had gone for a ultrasound for my ankle sprain. You told me that your staff will explain me about the prescription but they had no clue about it and not able to clarify any of my query. My ultrasound therapy got over about 4:50Pm and I had been waited till 6:30 to get the prescription. Finally I was begging your staff and so called Center Manager MR. Kartheek to let me allow to meet you for 2 mins for my query. Even though your prescription has been clearly stated to get clarify in person, Mr. Kartheek behavior was very annoying and rude. He loudly told your staff they will not be allowed to visit doctor and I have to leave the place without having any option left. At that time you just came back from Columbia Asia Hospital around 6:35Pm and you were talking to some one when I was asking to Kartheek to meet you for 2 mins.
